We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website: Visa, Mastercard, and Benefit Pay.

RETURN POLICY
At JBoutique, we want you to be happy with your purchases, but if you are not happy, we are here to help. If your Item does not fit or is feeling uncomfortable please stop wearing it and contact a member of our team. However at this time, due to Pandemic Global Crisis, we impose no return, no exchange policy. Be sure to check all your items order correctly before confirming the payment.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS?
Please return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn and with all of the tags intact. We cannot accept any items for a return if we receive them after the 14 days.

WHAT IF I HAVE REMOVED THE TAGS OR HAVE WASHED THE ITEM?
We are afraid that any items returned to us without the tags intact, will not be refunded or exchanged unless they are deemed to have a manufacturer’s fault.

All items that you wish to return to us must be in their original condition and must be unworn and unwashed.
