The details and terms set out in the FAQ, Return Policy, Shipping terms and all other information pages are deemed to be a part of the terms and conditions and are binding.
Each provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

Unless you have a previous written agreement with JBoutique, all items sold are for personal use only and not or resale. As items are sold for domestic use only, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, and loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from JBoutique.

ORDERING
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point and issue a refund.

Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. In the rare event of a product being out of stock, JBoutique will contact you to resolve the issue and offer alternative options or a refund

All prices listed on JBoutique are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and JBoutique until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email

This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost and usual delivery times. If you have provided incorrect details, JBoutique is not responsible for problems with the delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.

Discount vouchers, codes and offers cannot be used on sale products.

DELIVERY TERMS
All delivery terms mentioned are on a best effort basis and we will aim to keep to them as much as possible and we accept no liability for delays. International delivery (if applicable) times mentioned are indicative only.

For international deliveries, you will be responsible for any import and customs charges levied.

Items delivered internationally may be subjected to cross border and customs inspections.

You choose to pay by credit card, please note that all purchases are subject to authorization and validation checks by your Bank/card issuer. If your issuer refuses authorization of payment, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of your item.

Please ensure that you keep your credit card information secure and follow the steps provided on our gateway scrupulously. JBoutique will not be responsible for any misuse of credit card information if appropriate safety precautions on and off the gateway are not taken.

Please note that JBoutique DOES NOT store your credit card information nor do we have access to it.

All prices are non-negotiable. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without any notice. DELIVERY
We deliver via courier across the Middle East & Worldwide.

Our delivery partners are following recommended health and safety guidelines at this time and we are doing our utmost to ensure timely deliveries, however due to current COVID-19 guidelines any deliveries originating outside of the BAHRAIN may take a little longer than usual. We thank you for your patience.

ON WHICH DAYS DO YOU SHIP?
We ship on all days except Fridays and National Holidays.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Your order will be shipped once all items in the order are ready for dispatch.
If your order contains different delivery dates and you prefer items to be dispatched as they are available please contact jboutique.co (email) and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

For products in stock within the GCC, delivery time will be within 1 – 7 business days. For products warehouse outside of the GCC, delivery time will be within 7-14 business days.
This will be indicated when selecting product size. Business days exclude Fridays and other holidays.
All delivery times mentioned are on a best effort basis and refer to deliveries made within the Bahrain. We will Endeavour to keep to them as much as possible and we accept no liability for delays. Any international delivery (if applicable) times mention.
And again due to current situation of COVID-19, restrictions and safety measures has to take place.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
If you live outside Bahrain, local customs or import duties maybe charged by local authorities in your country. We cannot predict, nor are liable for any additional charges including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

JBOUTIQUE do not collect any taxes and duties on your online orders. This means that the product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Should you not pay these fees (during the period the shipment is held at customs at the receiving location), the parcel may be returned to us, however you will still be liable to pay these fees, and they will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly note that we are unable to advise the amount you will need to pay for customs and taxes, or any other additional fees required by your local.
