WHAT IF I HAVE REMOVED THE TAGS OR HAVE WASHED THE ITEM?
We are afraid that any items returned to us without the tags intact, will not be refunded or exchanged unless they are deemed to have a manufacturer’s fault.
All items that you wish to return to us must be in their original condition and must be unworn and unwashed.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS?
Please return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn and with all of the tags intact. We cannot accept any items for a return if we receive them after the 14 days.
At JBoutique, we want you to be happy with your purchases, but if you are not happy, we are here to help. If your Item does not fit or is feeling uncomfortable please stop wearing it and contact a member of our team.
PAYMENT & RETURN POLICY
We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website: Visa, Mastercard, and Benefit Pay.
We will be in touch to inform you that the order has been shipped and the courier company will then get in touch regarding your convenience for delivery.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
If you live outside Bahrain, local customs or import duties maybe charged by local authorities in your country. We cannot predict, nor are liable for any additional charges including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
JBOUTIQUE do not collect any taxes and duties on your online orders. This means that the product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Should you not pay these fees (during the period the shipment is held at customs at the receiving location), the parcel may be returned to us, however you will still be liable to pay these fees, and they will be deducted from your refund.
Kindly note that we are unable to advise the amount you will need to pay for customs and taxes, or any other additional fees required by your local.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Your order will be shipped once all items in the order are ready for dispatch.
If your order contains different delivery dates and you prefer items to be dispatched as they are available please contact jboutique.co (email) and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
For products in stock within the GCC, delivery time will be within 1 – 7 business days. For products warehouse outside of the GCC, delivery time will be within 7-14 business days.
This will be indicated when selecting product size. Business days exclude Fridays and other holidays.
All delivery times mentioned are on a best effort basis and refer to deliveries made within the Bahrain. We will Endeavour to keep to them as much as possible and we accept no liability for delays. Any international delivery (if applicable) times mention.
And again due to current situation of COVID-19, restrictions and safety measures has to take place.
ON WHICH DAYS DO YOU SHIP?
We ship on all days except Fridays and National Holidays.
We deliver via courier across the Middle East & Worldwide.
Our delivery partners are following recommended health and safety guidelines at this time and we are doing our utmost to ensure timely deliveries, however due to current COVID-19 guidelines any deliveries originating outside of the BAHRAIN may take a little longer than usual.
